Habitat for Humanity
First UMC of Sachse partnered with a group of 12 Churches to participate in the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Garland. We share the building of a home for a family in Garland beginning June 23rd through November 2012. We volunteered our first workday on Saturday, June 23, 2012 for the beginning of the home startup.
